What is Probate?
Probate is the legal process which occurs after a person has died leaving behind assets. The process authenticates their will and settles debts and assets for beneficieries.
We can assist you in administering a probate estate in Illinois or Indiana. If your relative has died with a Will and left you as executor then we will walk you through the whole probate process and help you administer the decedent’s estate until completion. If your relative has died and there is no Will then the estate will be administered according to Probate Law, and we can assist you with process.
There are many instances where relative (heirs or legatees) cannot easily be located. We can assist in finding missing heirs throughout the U.S. We also specialize in locating missing heirs in foreign countries.
Finding Missing Heirs
We work with attorneys, genealogists, and researchers all over the world who assist us in locating heirs that are entitled to money through our probate courts in all 50 states.
